Most components of gun control reform legislation are quickly being threatened in Congress by NRA lobbying efforts.
The sequester would sink its teeth too deep into the economy; A bite costing $287 billion dollars in growth.
Spending cuts are not the only solution. Historically, higher government revenue intake has brought about lower deficits.

Over 7.4 million college students and their families rely on Stafford loans to pay for college- and tuition is rising an average of 8.3% each year.
